As a highly regarded and successful regional transport company we are seeking applications from transport administration professionals for the position of Regional Administration Officer at our Ballarat Depot.
This Full-Time position is now available: you will be an all-rounder; someone who has solid administration and data entry experience. You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including general administration, customer service, compliance and insurance support, pallet control and invoicing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced & mature admin super star to join a well-established, fast paced company and work with a great team: you will possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to organize & prioritize a busy schedule; previous experience in the transport industry is highly regarded and you will have attained a high level of maturity and experience in logistics administration.
Some essential aspects of the role are:
- Liaising with customers, managers and suppliers and providing a robust focus on customer service with great attitude; have strong interpersonal skills
- Prompt answering of numerous inbound calls providing a high level of customer service to callers
- The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people
- Be a team player willing to assist in other areas as required.
