Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Specialist looking for flexible work with purpose? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team supporting people to live their best lives in the Rockingham & Peel Region.
This is a casual position, ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a genuine impact — with the potential to move into a part time role for the right candidate.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting participants in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. We’re looking for someone who is a true champion for community inclusion — helping participants build confidence, connect socially, and access meaningful activities.
Your work may include:
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing care for clients with dementia
- Diabetes management
- Medication administration
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Encouraging participants to explore and engage in community activities and local services
Shift Availability
We are seeking candidates available for both:
Day shift coverage
Sleep shifts (overnight)
This role also includes casual on-call / short notice shift cover, so flexibility is important.
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you must have:
