Our current opportunities

Structural Engineer – Building Structures

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with approximately three or more years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of building projects.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- undertaking structural analysis and design

- preparing and reviewing engineering calculations

- coordinating structural designs and documentation

- contributing to projects from concept through to construction

- working closely with architects, builders and other consultants

- attending project meetings and site inspections

- developing practical and buildable engineering solutions

- supporting graduate engineers and drafters where appropriate

You will ideally have:

- a recognised civil or structural engineering qualification

- relevant building-structure design experience





- knowledge of Australian Standards and building requirements

- experience working across a range of structural materials and systems

- strong technical and problem-solving capability

- clear written and verbal communication skills

- the ability to manage priorities and contribute effectively within a project team

Experience working on larger, complex or multidisciplinary building projects will be highly regarded.

Civil Design Drafter – Civil 3D

We are seeking a Civil Design Drafter with demonstrated Civil 3D capability and experience preparing civil design and documentation for building-related projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

- preparing civil design drawings and documentation

- developing accurate Civil 3D models

- assisting with siteworks and associated civil infrastructure design

- preparing documentation relating to grading, earthworks, stormwater and pavements

- incorporating engineering mark-ups and design changes

- coordinating civil documentation with structural, architectural and other disciplines

- maintaining drawing and documentation standards

- working closely with engineers to deliver coordinated and constructible outcomes

You will ideally have:

- demonstrated experience using Civil 3D

- experience preparing civil documentation for building projects

- strong technical drafting and documentation skills

- excellent attention to detail

- the ability to interpret engineering information and mark-ups

- an understanding of project coordination and documentation processes

- a practical and collaborative approach to project delivery

Experience with site grading, earthworks, stormwater, pavements or associated building-site civil works will be highly regarded.

Structural Drafter / Revit Modeller

We are seeking Structural Drafters and Revit Modellers with approximately two or more years of relevant experience.





This opportunity may suit someone who is continuing to develop their structural drafting career in a support role or a proven junior revit modeller ready to take greater ownership of project documentation.

Your responsibilities may include:

- preparing structural drawings and Revit models

- producing coordinated documentation from concept through to construction

- working across concrete, steel, timber and masonry structures

- incorporating engineering designs and mark-ups

- coordinating structural models with architectural and consultant documentation

- assisting with drawing reviews and quality control

- working closely with engineers, architects and builders

You will ideally have:

- demonstrated Revit modelling and structural drafting experience in AutoCAD

- experience producing building-project documentation

- sound technical drafting skills

- an understanding of structural concepts

- strong attention to detail and accuracy

- the ability to manage documentation changes and competing priorities

- a willingness to collaborate, learn and contribute to the broader team

Experience with BIM coordination and larger or complex building projects will be highly regarded.
