Bonny Skin Studio is a boutique skin and aesthetics clinic in the heart of Geelong, and we're looking for a warm, polished and reliable Casual Receptionist to be the first face our clients see and the one they remember most. This is our front desk on our two busiest days, and it's the calm, organised centre that keeps the whole clinic flowing beautifully.

Founded in 2019 by Medical and Cosmetic Nurse Dani Barr, Bonny Skin Studio has built a loyal following on one simple promise: expert, personalised care with no pressure and no upselling, just genuinely healthy skin and clients who leave feeling looked after.

THE ROLE

This is an ongoing casual position working Saturdays and Mondays, two of our most important trading days, so we're after someone dependable who can commit to them consistently. Additional shifts may be available to cover leave and busy periods. No two days are the same, but you'll be:

- Welcoming clients and delivering a polished check-in / check-out experience, with a smooth handover to our nurses and therapists

- Owning the appointment diary, managing bookings, working the waitlist and keeping the day running on time

- Answering calls, emails and enquiries, and processing payments and rebookings





- Helping clients with skincare product and retail enquiries (Medik8, The Secret, Imbibe)

- Supporting our clinical team so their day runs smoothly

- Keeping our boutique front of house immaculate while always looking for thoughtful ways to elevate the client experience.

WHO YOU ARE

We're hiring for warmth, presentation and reliability first, the rest we can teach. You'll thrive here if you have:

- A genuinely friendly, professional manner and real care for people

- Pride in your presentation and in a beautifully kept space

- Calm and organisation when the clinic is busy, and a "see it, sort it" attitude

- Clear, confident communication on the phone and in person

- Comfort with computers and booking software

Lovely to have (but we'll train the right person):

- Previous reception experience in a clinic, salon, spa, medical or dental setting

- An interest in skin, beauty or aesthetics

You don't need aesthetic-industry experience, the right personality and organisational instinct matter more. We'll teach you the rest.
