We're seeking an experienced Roofing Specialist to join our growing team with immediate start available. You'll be responsible for roofing and roof plumbing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance for residential clients. This is a ground floor opportunity to grow with the business in a supportive, dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct roof and roof plumbing inspections for residential properties
- Quote repairs, installations, and maintenance work
- Diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues with practical solutions
- Convert quotes through excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Trade qualification in roofing or plumbing
- Minimum 2 years experience in roofing plumbing maintenance
- Experience in residential roofing repairs and installations
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing problems
- Strong sales skills - ability to sell and convert quotes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Punctual and keen to learn
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach
