We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Carbon Maintenance Team, supporting our Bake Ovens operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a key role in planning, scheduling and optimising maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, asset performance and operational efficiency.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Maintenance Planner with an Electrical or Mechanical background, ideally gained in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, power generation or similar fixed plant environments.

About the role
You will be responsible for:

- Develop and maintain maintenance, shutdown and outage schedules
- Drive maintenance planning excellence through effective SAP PM utilisation and work management processes
- Coordinate labour, contractors, materials and resources to ensure planned work is executed safely and efficiently
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance and compliance requirements
- Maintain SAP PM data integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams to improve reliability, reduce downtime and optimise asset performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and maintenance improvement activities.

About You
You will bring:

- An Electrical Trade, Mechanical Fitter trade qualification, or similar maintenance background
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining or fixed plant environment
- SAP PM experience or strong CMMS knowledge
- A solid understanding of maintenance strategies, asset reliability and work management processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
