About the Role

As our Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant's customer-facing team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, maintain high operational standards, and help create the atmosphere Burgerfreak is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Manage daily restaurant operations during service.

- Coordinate staff rosters and break schedules.

- Train and onboard new team members.

- Monitor service speed, food presentation and overall guest experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and supplier deliveries.





- Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure efficient service.

- Drive a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability and professionalism.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor.

- The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.

- RSA / Manager RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
