An opportunity has become available for several Infrastructure Support Officers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern Recent South Wales region of Australia.

You will

- Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning
- Work to automate infrastructure delivery across the GCHHS to help support Infrastructure as a service focus
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems
- Install, configure, test, optimise, implement and commission enterprise infrastructure components
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation and recommendations on the operational performance of the enterprise infrastructure

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

- Driver Licence
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in infrastructure, cloud, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

- Permanent full time and temporary full time (one permanent position and one temporary position, up to 6 months with the possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $125,002 – 133,898 per annum or $4791.30 - $5132.30 per fortnight
