As the face of our Aftersales Department, you'll play apivotal role in creating a seamless ownership experience for every customer.From the moment they arrive through to vehicle handover, you'll ensure everyinteraction reflects the premium service, professionalism and care synonymouswith BMW.

you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with our skilled technicians, manage workflow, resolve challenges, and help drive service performance, all while developing your skills and advancing your career within a premium automotive environment.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll own the end-to-end customerservice journey and be the trusted point of contact between our customers andworkshop team.

Every interaction matters. You'll deliver a premiumexperience that reflects the prestige of the BMW brand while ensuring repairsare managed efficiently, communication is proactive, and customer expectationsare consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivera premium customer experience from vehicle check-in through to handover
- Clearlyexplain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, costs andcompletion timelines
- Liaiseclosely with technicians to coordinate repairs and ensure workshopefficiency
- Orderparts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the repair process
- Preparerepair orders, job cards and invoices with accuracy and attention todetail
- Representthe BMW brand by delivering an exceptional ownership experience thatexceeds customer expectations

About You

- PreviousService Advisor experience within a franchised dealership (essential)
- Aproven ability to manage a busy service department while maintainingexceptional customer satisfaction
- Outstandingcommunication and relationship-building skills
- Excellentorganisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confidenceusing dealership management systems and digital service tools
- Aprofessional, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in acollaborative team workplace
