Established by David and Lyn Haggarty in 1980, and now run by the second-generation Mick and Alexandra Haggarty, First National Maitland has developed into one of the most successful and long running real estate agents in the region. Qualifications & experience

Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management industry

Class 2 Real Estate Licence or in the process of gaining

Unrestricted Drivers LicenceProficiency in Property Me, Inspection Manager and ideally a working knowledge of Inspect Real EstateDemonstrated involvement in community service work for the local region Tasks & responsibilities

Provide exceptional, customer focused service to clients

End and mid month preparation and distribution

Coordination of outgoing inspections

Manage rent arrears

Conduct in-house mediation and prepare and attend tribunal hearings

Assist with property maintenance
