About the Role:

As a Workshop Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and restoring Atlas Copco air compressors and associated equipment from our Kewdale workshop. This hands-on position is ideal for a trade-qualified technician who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and delivering quality workmanship.

- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults to restore equipment performance and reliability.

- Completing major repairs, overhauls and rebuilds on air compressors and associated equipment.

- Using tools, systems and technical documentation to carry out work safely and efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean, organized and safety-focused workshop environment.





- Working closely with service planners and field service teams to support customer requirements and service outcomes.

Who This Role Would Suit

- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters, Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or Plant Mechanics looking for a reliable, workshop-based role.

- Dual-trade Electricians with strong mechanical experience who enjoy fault-finding, repairs and working on industrial equipment.

- Technicians from mining, transport, construction or heavy industry backgrounds who enjoy hands-on mechanical work and fault-finding.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience as a Workshop, Service or Mechanical Technician, with solid hands-on mechanical skills

- Good fault-finding ability, with strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- A service-focused mindset, with a commitment to supporting customers and working collaboratively within a team.

- Strong commitment to safety and following workshop processes and standards

- Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills

- Restricted Electrical Licence (REL) highly regarded but not essential
