We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Norwood store. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and driving results while creating an outstanding customer experience.

As part of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for building a positive, accountable and sales-focused culture where both customers and team members love coming to work.

About the Role

As Store Manager you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a small retail team to achieve outstanding results.

- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong retail leadership.

- Create inspiring visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards.

- Manage store operations including rostering, stock control and day-to-day performance.

- Monitor budgets, KPIs and sales performance while identifying opportunities for growth.

- Oversee the daily coordination of our webstore pick-and-pack operation, ensuring workflows are organised, staffing is scheduled appropriately and customer orders are dispatched efficiently.

- Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.





About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous retail management experience (minimum 2 years preferred).

- Has successfully led and developed retail teams.

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Is commercially minded and understands how to drive sales and profitability.

- Has robust organisational and time management skills.

- Is confident making decisions and taking ownership.

- Has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with staff and customers alike.

- Takes pride in creating an inspiring retail environment with exceptional attention to detail.

- Enjoys mentoring others and helping people reach their potential.
