Tyree Transformers design and manufacture Distribution and Power Transformers. About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

· Electrical and mechanical assembly of Kiosk substations, distribution boards and marshalling boxes to engineering drawings and relevant Australian Standards

· Electrical testing and checking of panel wiring and transformer assemblies

· Performing preventative and reactive maintenance

· Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults

· Installing, upgrading and maintaining industrial electrical systems

· Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards





· Working collaboratively with maintenance teams if required

· Assist with training and mentoring apprentice electricians

About You

To be successful in this role you will hold:

· A current Electrical Licence, essential

· Proven experience in industrial and manufacturing environments

· Strong knowledge of panel wiring and wiring design from line diagrams

· A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A valid driver’s license
