About the Role: Join our community nursing service as our Workforce & Recruitment Coordinator. This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office role at the centre of how we find, hire, and support our people - from placing job ads through to onboarding new starters and keeping our rosters running smoothly across nursing and other company roles.
What You'll Do:
- Own our recruitment pipeline - write and place job ads, screen applicants, and guide candidates through the full hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding so every new starter feels set up and explicit on what's expected from day one.
- Coordinate rosters, staff availability and contracted hours across nursing and other company roles.
- Support injury management and return-to-work processes for staff recovering from a workplace injury.
- Monitor our casual workforce and manage leave processes, including parental and maternity leave.
- Report weekly on recruitment and workforce performance to the HR Officer.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or workforce/rostering coordination.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting people through their employment journey.
- Essential: A Return to Work Coordinator (RRTWC) qualification, or willingness to complete this after starting.
- Desirable: Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Desirable: Experience working in a community/home care nursing or health service provider.
