About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to support the daily operations of our busy workshop. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent support to the workshop team, customers, and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have solid organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and workshop team.

• Prepare and process work orders, job cards, and purchase orders.

• Schedule jobs and coordinate workshop bookings.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and workshop documentation.

• Order parts and consumables and liaise with suppliers.





• Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.

• Process invoices and assist with timesheets and payroll information as required.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide regular job status updates.

• Coordinate service documentation, warranties, and compliance records.

• Ensure workshop administration processes are completed accurately and on time.

• Assist with general office administration and other duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous administration experience, preferably in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive, or trade environment.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using business or workshop management systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
