Membership Coordinator – Thai Speaking

ThirdHome is a global luxury home exchange and travel club, connecting second homeowners to exceptional homes and resorts around the world. With over 30,000 luxury homes globally, we are expanding across Southeast Asia and are looking for a bilingual Membership Coordinator to join our Burleigh Heads office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established international luxury brand while using your language skills in a professional, sales driven environment.

Languages Required

You must speak Thai and English

About the Role

This is an office based, people focused role supporting prospective and new members across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with senior leadership and receive hands on training and daily support.

You will be involved in the sales and onboarding journey, building relationships with high quality prospects and helping them successfully join and activate their membership.

This role suits someone with sales, business, or commercial experience who enjoys speaking with people and delivering a high touch service.

Key Responsibilities

- Speaking with high net worth prospects and members in Thai and English





- Managing inbound and outbound sales conversations

- Guiding qualified applicants through the membership process

- Supporting property information collection and account setup

- Providing a personalised, professional member experience

- Working collaboratively with the ThirdHome team in office

What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in Thai and English

- Some experience in sales, business development, account management, or a commercial role

- Confident phone and communication skills

- Professional, organised, and reliable

- Good computer literacy, comfortable learning new systems quickly

- Interest in travel, property, or hospitality

Hospitality or tourism experience is highly regarded.
