Position

Supply and Distribution Manager (full‑time, based in Auburn NSW)

Your Role

- Full‑time position based in Auburn, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of Warehouse General Hands and Forklift Drivers.
- Ensure stock is sorted, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
- Manage day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution operations.
- Monitor daily productivity targets and ensure SLAs are met.
- Ensure work and safety procedures are always complied with.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues that may arise.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities or projects.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory control and warehousing.
- Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on management style with ability to coach, motivate and train team members.
- Strong focus on productivity, accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Current forklift licence.
