At Elite Care & Co., we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional results. This role is more than just cleaning—it's about improving the quality of life for our clients by creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, providing professional cleaning services to NDIS participants, aged care clients, DVA clients, businesses, and private households.
Duties include:
- General residential and commercial cleaning
- Deep cleans and spring cleans
- Bond and end-of-lease cleaning
- Builders cleans
- Holiday accommodation cleaning
- Deceased estate and specialised cleaning (training provided)
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitisation
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Window and glass cleaning (where required)
- Restocking consumables and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work every time
- Is reliable, punctual and honest
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent time management skills
- Is physically fit and capable of manual work
- Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check, Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
