- Booking Service Support — Support the implementation and provision of the Booking Service for WA Diversion Programs, including complex booking coordination and database accuracy.
- Reporting & Documentation — Assist with preparing reports, briefing materials and other documentation as required.
- Content Management — Maintain and update operational content across multiple formats such as web‑based appointment diary content, templates, publications and presentations.
- Guidelines & Procedures — Assist in developing and documenting internal guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Delegated Projects — Undertake delegated tasks and projects to support and improve Booking and Online Services business functions.
- Strategic Contribution — Contribute to strategic planning and development activities for Booking and Online Services.
- Stakeholder Liaison — Liaise with stakeholder groups including WA Police, WA Diversion Program service providers and clients to facilitate complex bookings and maintain accurate service records.
- Program Support — Provide high‑quality information, guidance and support to service providers regarding bookings and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Representation — Represent and promote the Booking Service at internal and external conferences.
- Public Interface — Provide an interface between the public and the Commission, ensuring explicit communication and professional service delivery.
