The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will include:

- Accounts Payable
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Supplier account reconciliation
- Expense and credit card management
- Inventory payments
- Matching invoices to valuable receipt
- Liaising with warehouse to ensure correct delivery of goods
- Bank reconciliations
- Setting up of payment runs
- Ad-hoc support across the team

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be required to have previous Accounts Payable Officer experience in a high-volume role.

Previous experience with foreign exchange transactions will be an advantage.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.
