About the Business

The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building our capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce and by extension, supporting the delivery of safe, trusted services for the South Australian community. The division provides internal strategic and operational workforce services, whilst also contributing to the boarder public safety and integrity through the provision of screening services.

Role Details

Play a key role in coordinating executive workflows and supporting informed decision making within the Executive Director’s office. This includes preparing briefings and correspondence, providing governance support across committees and forums, and managing the flow of complex and sensitive matters. The role supports divisional reporting and the coordination of strategic advice, while contributing to priority projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance and performance outcomes.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Workforce Development and Integrity, this role provides executive coordination, governance and strategic support across the Division.



You will lead the coordination of executive workflows, priorities and governance activities, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality advice to support decision making. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will manage complex and sensitive matters and support the delivery of divisional priorities.

• strong understanding of government and ministerial processes
• excellent written communication skills for executive level documentation

• sound judgement, analytical and problem solving ability
• capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Screening Checks
