Your new role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of accurate estimates, quotations, and tender documentation for a diverse range of building and construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing high-quality tender submissions, quotations, project trade packages, material schedules, and construction programs.
- Producing accurate and timely cost estimates for building, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of projects through the coordination and supervision of office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Conducting building condition assessments, inspections, and surveys of building elements and construction materials.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:

- A construction industry trade qualification (highly desirable).




- A current White Card / Workplace Health and Safety General Construction Induction Card.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience producing high quality estimates and quotation documentation for building projects.
- Experience interpreting plans, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and protected work practices.
