The Opportunity
A unique opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team at a pivotal point in the firm's growth. Reporting to the Director, you will support financing activities across the full investment lifecycle from structuring through to close. You will contribute directly to investment strategy and capital allocation decisions. The role offers genuine breadth, meaningful autonomy, and exposure to a live deal pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

- Originating, structuring, and executing debt and equity financing transactions end to end.
- Building and maintaining sophisticated financial models across funding structures, valuations, and portfolio movements.
- Contributing to capital strategy and senior investment decision-making.
- Managing equity funding arrangements, investor reporting, and financial risk monitoring.
- Engaging with external counterparties including lenders, advisors, and equity partners.





About You
A commercially sharp corporate finance professional with a strong transaction track record, advanced modelling capability, and the confidence to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
To be considered you will have:

- 3-6 years' experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a deal-focused investment role.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Deep understanding of financing structures, capital markets, and credit fundamentals.
- Advanced modelling skills across complex, multi-layered transactions.
- Demonstrated end-to-end transaction experience across origination, structuring, due diligence, and close.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
