We're seeking a talented Property Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Perth, managing office properties across the CBD and regional Western Australia. This role offers genuine variety—from client engagement and financial management to lease administration and continuous improvement initiatives. A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio while being supported within a team environment. You'll deliver comprehensive property management services including:
Contract delivery and compliance with all PMA requirements and KPIsProperty inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor managementFinancial management: budgets, reconciliations, tenant payments, and CAPEX planningLease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relationsClient reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetingsDriving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives
Note this role will pay approximately $90k including superannuation

Essential Requirements
Minimum 2+ years' commercial property management experienceCurrent Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (WA)Valid Driver's LicenceStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsProficiency with property management systems (MRI highly regarded)Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation
