Retail Manager – Subway Stirling Location: Shop 10/51 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AUD $79,499 – $80,000 per annum About the Role Subway Stirling is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on leader with strong management skills and a passion for customer service, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, train, roster, and monitor staff performance while fostering a positive team culture.
- Ensure all food preparation and service standards comply with Subway operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, receive deliveries, and oversee inventory control to minimise waste.
- Ensure products are prepared, displayed, and presented in accordance with Subway brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and profitability.
- Prepare operational reports, manage budgets, and control labour and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards,



workplace health and safety legislation, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe restaurant environment for customers and staff.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

About You

- Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent industry experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory or management role within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing stock, staffing, budgets, and daily business operations.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Valid right to work in Australia.
