The Role
This role is a structured traineeship into commercial insurance broking. From day one you will be trained, mentored, and on a defined pathway toward becoming an Account Manager. You'll work closely with our brokers as the operational coordinator behind a growing portfolio of commercial clients — supporting renewal preparation, policy administration, claims intake and day-to-day client servicing.
