Restaurant Crew
As part of our Restaurant Crew, you'll create a great dining experience from start to finish. You'll greet guests, take orders, recommend menu favourites, run food & make sure every table leaves happy.
Previous restaurant or café experience is essential, as we're looking for people who can confidently jump straight into service.
Bar Crew
Our Bar Crew keeps the venue pumping. From pouring beers & mixing cocktails to serving wine, spirits & coffee,
you'll deliver fast, friendly service while keeping the bar clean, organised & ready for the next rush.
Previous experience & a current RSA are essential.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Full availability, particularly nights & weekends.
- A genuine passion for hospitality & customer service.
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Strong communication & attention to detail.
- A positive attitude & willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- A reliable team player who enjoys working as part of a close‑knit crew.
- Willingness to learn our systems, menu, drinks & the "Kite" way of doing things.
- Current RSA required for Bar Crew applicants.
