Front Runner is an Australian street/sport label. We design and drop new products every week, and ship it direct to customers across Australia and around the world. Our West Gosford warehouse is where that promise gets kept, and as we grow we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join the team.

Working within a small, dynamic team, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring every order is dispatched accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong work ethic to everything they do.

Responsibilities

- Picking, packing and dispatching online shop orders, ensuring fulfilment deadlines are met

- Managing exchanges, returns and credit notes

- Inventory control, including counting and accepting new stock, shelving organisation and replenishment, regular cycle counts, and preparing outbound stock





- Following warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

- Monitoring equipment and maintaining a clean, tidy and efficient workspace

- Providing support to the management team to improve workflows

About you

- Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a physical, hands-on role

- Solid attention to detail so every order goes out right

- Well organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

- A team player who takes pride in a well-run space

- Previous warehouse, fulfilment or retail-stockroom experience is an advantage, though not essential
