As a SharePoint Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions that enable organisations to improve collaboration, information management, and business process automation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, deliver SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, and Power Platform solutions, and lead migration initiatives from legacy platforms to Microsoft 365. The role requires a solid blend of consulting, solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead the development, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications and workflows within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Plan and execute SharePoint migration projects, including the migration of content and data from legacy repositories and on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
- Configure and administer Power Platform environments, including Dataverse, data connectors, security models, governance controls, and user roles.
- Design and implement enterprise information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, content management, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Work closely with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
