SCL Automotive Group is one of Adelaide's largest and fastest-growing automotive groups, representing multiple leading vehicle brands across South Australia. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Accountant to join our finance team.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in the financial management of multiple dealerships within our group. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a business that is committed to developing its people and promoting from within.

Your Responsibilities

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting

- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processing

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Monitoring dealership performance and key financial metrics

- Assisting with manufacturer reporting and compliance

- BAS, payroll tax and statutory reporting

- Working closely with dealership management to provide commercial insights





- Supporting continuous improvement across finance processes

About You

- Previous accounting experience is essential

- Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential

- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations

- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- CPA or CA qualified (or working towards) is desirable

- Robust communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
