We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Assistant Broker or Assistant Account Executive to join our growing team in Leederville, Perth.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Assistant Brokers, as well as insurance professionals with experience servicing and managing their own portfolio of clients. The role will be tailored to suit the successful applicant's skills and experience, with responsibilities aligned accordingly.
About the Role
Depending on your experience, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting Brokers with the management and servicing of commercial insurance portfolios.
- Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation.
- Liaising with clients and insurers to provide outstanding service.
- Managing your own portfolio of clients (for more experienced applicants).
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in general insurance broking.
- Has strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Insurance Broking qualifications (or willingness to obtain) are highly regarded.
