Domination Homes is seeking a capable and versatile Maintenance & Operations Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Director, this role combines maintenance coordination, property oversight, operational support and technology management. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of whatever needs to be done.

This is not a traditional office-based management position. One day you may be coordinating maintenance works and contractors, while the next you may be troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing business systems, inspecting properties or supporting operational projects across the business.

The Role You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating maintenance requests, defects and repair works
- Managing trades, contractors and suppliers
- Conducting property and site inspections
- Supporting the management of company-owned residential and commercial properties
- Coordinating preventative maintenance schedules
- Managing business assets and facilities
- Assisting with business systems and operational technology
- Liaising with external IT providers and service partners
- Supporting Wi-Fi, internet, CCTV and technology-related issues when required
- Improving operational systems and processes




- Providing day-to-day operational support to the Director
- Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise

About You To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience in operations, facilities, property, construction, technical services or maintenance management
- Strong IT and technology skills
- Confidence troubleshooting technology, networking, connectivity or business systems issues
- Excellent contractor and stakeholder management capability
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and make decisions
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Current unrestricted driver's licence

- Residential construction experience
- Facilities or property management experience
- Telecommunications or IT infrastructure experience
- Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Workplace health and safety knowledge
