With experienced hygienists and streamlined systems at both sites, you’ll be joining our clients’ team in clinics that prioritise quality dentistry and long-term relationships - never high-pressure sales.
About the position
Our client is seeking a dedicated, personable Dentist to join our clients’ team in an ongoing 4-day-per-week role. The position is initially to cover a maternity leave, with strong long-term potential for the right clinician.
You’ll work across two collaborative clinics (within close proximity), providing a broad scope of general dentistry to loyal, returning patients. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, dependable support, and the variety of working across two sites—without losing continuity of care.
What you’ll be doing
- Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Preventive care, cleans and oral health education
- Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges
- Extractions and management of dental emergencies
- Root canal therapy (aligned to your experience and confidence)
- Cosmetic dentistry options including veneers and teeth whitening
- Ongoing maintenance programs to support long-term patient outcomes
Key Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration with full working rights in Australia
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience (however new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Confident communication skills and a calm, empathetic chairside manner
- Comfortable across a wide scope of general dentistry and emergency care
- Team-first mindset and willingness to collaborate with hygienists and support staff
- Adaptable and open to working across two clinics
- Confidence with modern dental technology (e.g., digital scanners, OPGs)
