We are dedicated to providing top-notch technical support, education, and exceptional service to our industry partners.

About the Role:

As Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with internal departments to support smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raising and processing purchase orders

- Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand

- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and lead times

- Managing backorders and delivery schedules

- Product Code Creation & Maintenance

- Email Management

- AP Transactions

- Supplier Communication

- Promotions Tracking

- Digital Asset Collation

Key Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a purchasing,



procurement, or supply chain role

- Experience in inventory management and stock control

- Strong relationship-building skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including managing spreadsheets and data entry).

- Familiarity with purchasing systems like Pronto (or similar) is a plus.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail with an ability to spot discrepancies and errors.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable and able to manage time effectively.
