Merchant Homewares is a boutique brick-and-mortar store specialising in high-quality, unique homewares and gifts. As part of a well-established Western Australian brand with over ten years of success, we are proud to offer beautiful products and exceptional customer experiences.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time or Casual Sales Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. If you have a genuine love for homewares and a natural flair for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
- 3–4 shifts per week
- Shifts set monthly for consistency
- Only one weekend day required
About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have expereince working in a fast paced retail environment
- Be passionate about homewares
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service with a strong “customer first” mindset
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards with a keen eye for detail
- Be flexible to work retail hours across seven days, including weekends
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive, eager to learn, and committed to personal development
- Bring energy, positivity, and a excellent sense of humour
