We are seeking highly motivated and safety-focused Pick Packers to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in similar environments, can work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines — all while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
- Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy
- Ability to exceed KPIs without compromising safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team workplace
- Current SA driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Availability for shifts 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Safely picking,
packing, and checking products
- Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping of products
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas (safety starts with housekeeping)
- Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
