About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Traffic Controller / Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines traffic management duties with general civil labouring tasks across a variety of projects.

You will play a key role in maintaining safe work zones while supporting our crews on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage traffic control setups in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

- Operate stop/slow bat and ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement

- Assist with site setup, pack-down, and general labouring duties

- Support civil & landscaoe construction activities (excavation, concreting, paving, drainage, etc.)

- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace

- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members

About You

- Valid WZTM Ticket (essential)





- White Card (essential)

- TC2 Ticket (highly regarded)

- MR Licence (highly regarded)

- Previous experience in civil construction or similar role (preferred)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Commitment to safety and following procedures
