Role SummaryVolaro Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Multi-Media Designer to join our team. This role demands sophisticated creative and design capabilities, spanning individual design elements, graphic representation, photographic manipulation, and applications across presentations, pitch decks, and digital platforms including web and social media. The Designer will produce on-brand, visually stunning, cohesive, and effective designs that can tell a story, communicate a message, support a commercial outcome, and lift audience affinity to our group of brands. The role will collaborate with the executive team, business development, and strategy teams across the group, along with external clients and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop sophisticated,



innovative and re-usable design elements, including logos, icons, typography, and visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Create compelling graphic representations for marketing and sales materials, client deliverables, digital campaigns, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). Perform high-level photographic manipulation and editing to produce polished, professional visuals for print, digital, and web applications. Design and produce engaging presentations, pitch decks, and visual case studies using PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and storytelling impact. Craft digital assets for web and other digital applications, optimizing for user experience, responsiveness, and brand coherence. Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content, including short-form video editing, using brand templates and guidelines. Maintain and organise a central library of brand and design assets, ensuring accessibility and consistency across teams. Collaborate with the executive, business development, and strategy teams across the group to ensure designs meet project goals and technical requirements. Work alongside external client teams, with the co-development of sales materials when required.Utilise Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva for high-quality design outputs; use software for video editing and motion graphics when required; apply Sketch or Figma for UI/UX design where relevant (preferred but not essential); Monitor and compile performance insights from social media posts to inform content strategies. Contribute to content calendars, brainstorming sessions, and global project workflows, coordinating with internal stakeholders for imagery, content, and approvals.Stay updated on design trends, design tools (including use of A.I),



digital marketing, and content strategies to elevate creative work.Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What You’ll Need - Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 3-5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated creative work across print, digital, web, and social media.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a “can-do” attitude, and a willingness to learn. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva; proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design. Advanced skills in graphic representation, photographic manipulation, and creating cohesive design elements. Proven ability to design presentations, pitch decks, digital applications, and social media, with a focus on user experience and storytelling. Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, branding, and digital marketing trends. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
Nice to Have - Preferred, but not requiredExperience in the sports, sponsorship or media sales industries is highly desirable, but not required.Comfortable working in a matrix reporting structure, collaborating with teams across group entities and business functions. Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.Experience with Sketch or Figma is preferred but not essential.Exposure to video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, iMovie).
