About the Role

As our Beauty Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

You will provide personalised beauty and skincare advice, confidently recommend products and help customers navigate our extensive beauty ranges.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalised beauty, skincare and cosmetics advice
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships
• Sharing product knowledge and making confident recommendations
• Supporting sales, promotions and beauty campaigns
• Maintaining beautifully presented and well-stocked beauty displays
• Keeping up to date with beauty, skincare and cosmetics trends




• Working collaboratively with the wider pharmacy team

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and skincare
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confidence providing product advice and recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
• A proactive, enthusiastic and sales-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics or retail will be highly regarded.
