About The Role

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will provide high‑quality cleaning services across residents’ rooms and common areas, ensuring our home is clean, presentable, and compliant with safety and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas in line with schedulesEnsuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all timesFollowing workplace health and safety policies and proceduresWorking cooperatively with team members to support daily operationsContributing to a positive and respectful team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in cleaning, preferably within aged care or healthcare (desirable)A warm, respectful,



and empathetic approach when interacting with residentsGood communication and time‑management skillsAn understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
