seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand, increase customer

engagement, and support business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement innovative

marketing strategies that promote our dealership, enhance brand awareness, and generate quality

sales leads. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the dealership's sales and

business development objectives through effective digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Motor Hut Prestige's vehicles, finance

solutions, and dealership services.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across the company website, Google

Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and online automotive marketplaces.

• Conduct market research and analyse customer preferences, industry trends, competitor

activities, and market opportunities to support business growth.

• Coordinate advertising campaigns, vehicle promotions, seasonal sales events, and special

marketing initiatives to increase customer enquiries and vehicle sales.

• Create, edit, and publish engaging marketing content, including vehicle advertisements, website

updates, social media posts, promotional materials, and email campaigns.

• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and prepare reports with

recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.

• Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and





support sales targets.

• Coordinate with external advertising agencies, photographers, graphic designers, media partners,

and digital marketing providers to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

• Ensure all online vehicle listings, website content, and marketing materials are accurate, up to

date, and consistent with the company's brand identity.

• Assist management in developing long-term marketing initiatives that strengthen customer

relationships, improve brand recognition, and support the continued growth of the dealership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.

• Experience in the automotive, retail, or a related industry will be highly regarded.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and

campaign management.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and content management

platforms is desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
