About the Role

Working closely with the Principal Adviser and our administration team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and supporting documentation.

- Conducting technical research across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance and Centrelink.

- Modelling financial strategies and preparing projections.

- Liaising with product providers and clients where required.

- Maintaining accurate client records using XPLAN.

- Assisting with annual review preparation and ongoing advice requirements.

- Supporting the implementation of advice strategies.

- Ensuring all advice documentation complies with legislative and licensee requirements.

- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and efficiencies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an Australian financial planning practice.

- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning, investments,



taxation and Centrelink.

- Experience preparing compliant SOAs and ROAs.

- Experience using XPLAN and financial modelling software.

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve better financial outcomes.

Qualifications

- Degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.

- RG146 compliant (or equivalent).

- Working towards or meeting the current education requirements for financial advisers is desirable.
