ICT Project Support Officer | Permanent Non-Ongoing Opportunity | ACT

Step into a rewarding ICT project support role where your coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement skills will help drive the successful delivery of important technology initiatives. Compas is seeking a highly organised Project Support Officer to support multiple ICT projects, working closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, business stakeholders and vendors in a collaborative and professional environment. This is a fantastic 12-month non-ongoing opportunity with a 6-month extension option and potential to move into an ongoing role.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12-month non-ongoing appointment, with a 6-month extension option and potential for ongoing
Salary: $95,000 - $114,000 + superannuation
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required, NV2 preffered.
Closing Date: 10 July 2026

Essential Tasks:

- Coordinate and support multiple ICT initiatives, helping track activities, milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, reports, briefs, registers and governance papers.
- Support governance activities, including meetings, agendas, papers, actions and decision records.
- Assist with risk, issue,



dependency and action tracking to support smooth project delivery.

Key Criteria:

- Experience providing project coordination or project support within ICT delivery environments.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience maintaining project schedules, registers, reports and governance documentation.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical and vendor teams.
