About the Role
As a Trainee Sales and Administration Assistant, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that support both our sales and administrative functions. You'll work closely with our experienced team and receive on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Help manage inventory and process transactions
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Assist with the preparation of customer orders.

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
