The role

- Support the Compliance Manager across trainer and student compliance, nationally — not one campus

- Run spot checks and follow through on findings, with real ownership of outcomes

- Keep Austra College aligned with the Standards for SRTOs 2025 and National Code 2018

- Work directly with the national compliance team — the exposure that actually builds a compliance career

About you — essential





- 2+ years' experience in compliance, quality assurance, or audit

- Comfortable running spot checks and hands-on monitoring, not just reviewing paperwork

- Flexibility to put in extra hours during peak compliance periods

Desirable

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

- Diploma of Quality Auditing or similar

- Working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and National Code 2018
