We're proudly coffee-obsessed, quality-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Now we're looking for an energetic Retail Coffee Sales Representative to help grow our retail footprint and ensure our coffee stands out on shelves across supermarkets, independent retailers and national chains.

If you enjoy being on the road, building relationships, creating eye-catching displays and helping products fly off the shelf, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Brewing

- Monday to Friday role (your weekends are yours!)

- Visit supermarkets, independent retailers and retail chains across your territory.

- Build genuine relationships with store managers and key retail contacts.

- Merchandise our coffee to maximise visibility, presentation and sales.

- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are rotated and displays are maintained to a premium standard.

- Identify opportunities to secure better shelf positioning, additional displays and promotional space.

- Replenish stock where required and ensure point-of-sale material is current and well presented.





- Work closely with retail partners to maximise sales opportunities and brand presence.

- Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable market feedback to the team.

- Represent our brands with professionalism, enthusiasm and pride.

About You

- Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail sales or territory management is highly regarded.

- You're confident talking to people and enjoy building long-term relationships.

- You're organised, self-motivated and thrive working independently.

- You have a keen eye for presentation and understand what makes products stand out in-store.

- You enjoy solving problems and finding opportunities to improve sales.

- A passion for coffee is a huge bonus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.

- Current Australian driver's licence.
