We are a long-standing salon in the heart of Mosman Park is searching for a senior stylist and an apprentice to welcome into our family. With the Moss Lane development now under construction, our salon is only set to get busier and busier — so we're looking for someone with the energy to match our team's enthusiasm and fun.

About the Role
Work alongside a team of creative individuals in a supportive salon environment, with the freedom and rewards of working for yourself. Start immediately, pending a successful candidate.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a senior hairstylist (for senior applicants)
• A genuine love for the craft of hairdressing
• Confidence across all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling, including balayage
• A commitment to delivering a premium client experience
• Pride in your work and high standards
• Positive energy and great vibes
• A love of working within a robust, supportive team culture
• A desire for ongoing growth and education
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An existing clientele would be a bonus
Hours
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Thursday late nights
• Flexible hours available for casual or part time applicants, with Fridays and Saturdays on offer
• Full-time can be discussed for the right candidate

Salary Range
• Depending on experience the hourly rate is between $30 - $50 per hour. Equal or above award rate. To be discussed with applicants.
