Cable Jointing Supplies is a well-established locally owned Electrical Distribution Company servicing the Electrical industry for 25 years through-out Australia based in Rockingham with free onsite parking available.
We are seeking a motivated Internal Salesperson with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and good data entry skills. This is a full-time rapid paced role providing sales support to Electrical Wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
- Process customer orders and quotes promptly.
- Promptly respond to emails and customer queries.
- Tech savvy
Essential Requirements:
- Electrical/Wholesale experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Multi-tasker - prioritise meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Able to juggle answering phones, replying to emails, entering quotes and orders promptly.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail a must.
- Minimum accurate typing speed of 45WPM.
- Experience with MYOB would be highly advantageous.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm. Candidates must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen for this role and pass a background check.
