Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Services Supervisor to support ad hoc shutdown and maintenance activities across site operations within the Coastal regions. This role will provide frontline leadership during planned shutdowns and critical maintenance scopes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client operational requirements.

This is not a rostered position, and you will be engaged on an ad hoc basis to support shutdown periods and operational requirements. However, there is potential for future roster opportunities should they arise, based on operational needs and performance.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, coordination, and supervision of site personnel, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, company procedures, and client site standards.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Supervise and coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities across fixed plant assets.
- Provide visible safety leadership, ensuring adherence to site safety systems, isolations, and risk management processes.
- Lead and support site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.




- Coordinate labour, resources, and work scopes to support successful shutdown execution.
- Oversee specialised and general maintenance activities on a wide variety of fixed plant equipment.
- Work closely with client representatives, planners, and contractors to maintain alignment with operational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve work execution, reduce downtime, and support asset reliability.
- Ensure compliance with Schedule 26 obligations, WHS legislation, company procedures, and client site standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years’ experience supervising shutdown or maintenance activities within mining or heavy industry environments.
- Experience supporting maintenance across fixed plant assets, including crushers, conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, car dumpers, and apron feeders.
- Experience coordinating pump maintenance works, including Warman pumps, centrifugal pumps, slurry pumps, and process water systems (preferred).
- Strong understanding of shutdown coordination, maintenance planning, and contractor supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in high-risk operational environments with strong safety performance.




- Mechanical trade qualification or relevant tertiary education (preferred).
- Schedule 26 certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and site compliance requirements.
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including medical and Police Clearance.
