Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor/Manager to join our high-performing team. This role has emerged due to our rapid growth and presents an excellent chance for someone ready to play a key role in client and staff management.
You will support senior managers and directors in delivering a mix of compliance and advisory services. You’ll have the prospect to manage compliance workflows and deliver high-quality management reports, taking a lead role in client advisory engagements.

Responsibilities
- Client management and liaison, including attendance at and contribution to client meetings
- Review year-end financial statements and income tax returns for business clients
- Delivery of monthly and quarterly management reports
- Provision of business advice under the guidance of senior managers and directors
- Ad hoc projects, such as cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- Review business activity statements (BAS) and liaise with the bookkeeping team
- Provide coaching and support to junior staff
- Embrace new accounting and advisory technology to enhance client outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a public practice environment
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proficiency with Xero and confidence in adopting new technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with clients and peers
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passionate about delivering value to business clients beyond compliance
- Enthusiastic about being part of a fun, socially engaged and purpose-driven team
